# OneTra Health > Validation-stage adult oncology decision support. Deterministic rule matching, source-traceable evidence, clinical-document processing, and safe abstention. - Home: https://onetra.vercel.app/ - Validator: https://onetra.vercel.app/dashboard - Login (public demonstration access; no Google authentication in this phase): https://onetra.vercel.app/login - Security/Privacy: https://onetra.vercel.app/privacy - Terms: https://onetra.vercel.app/terms - Contact: mailto:hello@onetra.health ## What OneTra does OneTra evaluates a structured adult oncology case against a clinically audited rule corpus. Doctor 1 returns a single deterministic recommendation or abstains when criteria are not met. Doctor 2 surfaces source and evidence labels attached to a Doctor 1 match. Doctor 3 performs bounded, grounded analysis of an uploaded de-identified clinical document, or returns SILENCE. VEDA is the clinical-document processing path. Numeric patient age is required. Adult oncology only (18+). Use synthetic or de-identified cases only. Do not submit patient-identifying information. Clinician judgment is required. OneTra is not an approved medical device. ## What OneTra does not do It does not ingest electronic health records, rank multiple treatment lines, match clinical trials, learn from outcomes, or replace a treating oncologist. Doctor 3 does not compare serial cases over time. ## Live intake coverage The public validator exposes every cancer type present on at least one of the current 315 frozen Doctor 1 rules. Downstream stage, line, and biomarker lists are constrained to combinations that appear on those rules. The live matcher may still abstain when a rule needs fields the public intake cannot send. That abstention is expected and is not a fabricated recommendation. A proven positive live demonstration case is non-small cell lung cancer, stage IV, first line, MET exon 14 skipping, adult numeric age. ## Sitemap https://onetra.vercel.app/sitemap.xml
